We did it! Thanks in part to your support, as of June 10, 2025, parental rights are protected as a fundamental right in the New Hampshire Parents' Bill of Rights. This law provides (in part):

HB 10-FN Establishes a parents' bill of rights regarding their child's education, prohibits a school from infringing on such rights unless the action is narrowly tailored to address a compelling state interest, requires school boards to develop a policy to promote parental involvement and to provide notice of parental rights, and provides a private right of action for enforcement.
